Full-Color Logo Doming—Photo Logo Writing Instrument Collections

The signature of a USA-made Garland writing instrument is the flared top in which your logo or image is reproduced photographically and encased in clear epoxy resin at no charge. Your logo is visible each time the pen is taken in hand, leaving a lasting impression with the recipient. All Photo Logo Collections include a full-color logo in the dome of each writing instrument—never a set-up or run charge when full-color artwork is provided and catalog minimum quantities are met!

Pricing and Set-up Charges

This is as simple as possible. The published prices for our Photo Logo Collections include all set-up and run charges for your full-color photo logo as long as full-color artwork is provided and catalog minimum order quantities are met per item number and per color or finish. The minimum order quantity on the Colour, Revere, Signature, Tuscany and Monogram Writing Instrument Collections is only 24 pieces per series number and per item color. The minimum order quantity for our Founder’s Collection is 50 pieces per series number, per color.
Combined Quantity Pricing
   All writing instruments in our Photo Logo Collections are Made-in-the-USA, beginning the day we receive your artwork and complete order information. Because we do not stock pre-assembled or completed products, our production process allows us to offer combined quantity pricing when all Photo Logo Writing Instruments have the same full-color logo in the dome. Different model or series’ numbers may be combined for quantity pricing discounts provided that the published catalog minimum quantities are met for each item number, as well as for each color or finish selected. (Pens, pencils and rollerballs may not be combined to reach the catalog minimum quantity.)
   Please note: Combined quantity pricing is only offered for writing instruments from our six Photo Logo Collections. Combined pricing with other items in our line is not available.

Less than Minimum Order Quantities

Occasionally you might need just a few extra writing instruments to solve a big problem. Maybe you simply forgot a few people on your list. Perhaps there is a small, but important, event or function that surfaces suddenly. Less than minimum orders are accepted for all models in our Photo Logo Writing Instrument Collections. Another great benefit that is available when you choose items from our USA-Made Photo Logo Collections! A charge of $25.00 (x) will be added for each item ordered that does not meet the stated catalog minimums per model number, per color and per photo logo. (Pens, pencils, and rollerballs are all separate items.) Engraving and imprinting charges are additional, and laser logo engraving is not offered on less than minimum orders.

Photo Logo Collections—Logo Dome Dimensions

Photo logos for our hefty series’ pens and pencils and rollerballs are .390” (9.90mm) in diameter. The logo tops for our slim pens and pencils are .312” (7.92mm) in diameter. Even though these dimensions appear to be quite small, most logos can be accommodated or cropped to fit within the circle. Many times, small words can either be eliminated from the logo dome or incorporated as engraving copy. Contact us for assistance if you are not sure that your logo is suitable for reproduction. In almost all instances, we can suggest an alternative solution. Also, the resin that is added to the dome provides a degree of magnification to the photo logo, making it appear larger and more brilliant.
