Exact Quantities Shipped No overruns or underruns. Exact quantities are always shipped and verified by weight. Order Changes and Cancellation Orders in production cannot be changed without authorization from Garland. Labor and material costs required by the change will be billed. If an order in process must be stopped for any reason, we will hold this order for a maximum of 30 days. Then cancellation charges will apply. A charge of 20% to 100% of the total order value will be billed on the cancellation of any order in process, depending on its production status. Minimum cancellation fee of $25.00 (x). Production Time Normally shipped 4 to 7 working days after receipt of acceptable artwork and complete order information. Samples generally shipped within 3 working days. Orders held for sample approval will be shipped 4 to 7 days following approval. Unless your order clearly states "Do Not Ship Before", all orders are put into production for immediate delivery. The following terms are considered to be approximate ship dates, with up to a 10 working day delivery, unless clearly indicated otherwise: need by, deliver by, ship on or about, date order requested, date order required. If your order requires less than our normal 7 working-day delivery, please specify as follows: must ship by, must arrive by, use date of (date), need for special event on (date). We will then contact you if special shipping methods will be required to meet your deadline. If shipping is absolutely necessary within 4 to 7 working days, overnight/air shipping charges must be authorized to secure priority in production. Orders shipping via a ground transportation method do not have confirmed or guaranteed shipment dates. While we meet our targeted shipment date on over 97% of our orders, occasionally a machinery, production or weather problem surfaces that is beyond our control. In those cases, orders requiring overnight delivery take precedence over two-day delivery, just as all air shipments will have priority over orders requesting ground delivery. Special Handling and Packaging For custom services such as inserting materials or special labeling and packaging, contact us for pricing. We would be pleased to help you with any special program at a nominal charge. We do not have a "one charge fits all" price for these services, and would prefer to quote any extra handling requirements based on your specific needs and delivery date, our production load, and current costs for supplies. This permits us to always give you our best price for these services. Drop Ship Drop shipments to multiple destinations will be charged $5.00 (x) plus freight for each location after the first, provided that the catalog minimum quantities are met per location. Drop ship quantities below catalog minimums or individual drop shipments can be accommodated and will be quoted based upon your specific packaging/mailer needs. Please contact our customer service specialists with your requirements. Shipping FCA, Coventry RI. Title of goods transfers to buyer when order leaves our factory. All orders are shipped freight and insurance prepaid and added to invoice unless clearly stated otherwise on purchase order. Insurance will be calculated based on our net billing amount. If order is shipped freight collect or freight charged third party, the declared insurance value will be calculated based on our net invoice amount and billed in the collect or third party charges. We can only commit to meeting a specific shipping date for your order, but under no circumstances can we guarantee an arrival date. We urge you to notify us of confirmed event dates and to authorize specific air shipment methods when necessary. We cannot be responsible for merchandise delivered late due to carrier and transit delays. Complete and accurate street addresses are required to avoid chargebacks from the carriers due to delivery redirects. The major carriers are now charging between $7.00 and $10.00 for any minor discrepancy that they find in the street delivery address. We do not enjoy passing these additional assessments on to you. Please make sure that the zip code is correct for your street location, and also provide us with all available delivery information including suite number, floor number, building etc. Canadian and International Shipments Additional charges may apply when proper forms or paperwork is not submitted. Please contact us for details. Returns Prior authorization by Garland is required before merchandise can be returned for any reason. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender. All returns must be authorized within 15 days from date of shipment and returned to the factory within 30 days. No credit or discounts will be issued for merchandise that is not returned to Garland for rework or replacement. Claims Claims for damaged goods or merchandise not received must be submitted within 15 days from date of shipment. Original shipping container and all goods must be retained for inspection before payment or claim can be made for damaged goods. Pricing and Product We intend to honor prices on this web site from February 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008. Invoices are billed and payable in U.S. funds only. Should circumstances beyond our control require that we raise any price or discontinue/modify any item, we will notify you prior to processing your order. Shutdown Schedule Our manufacturing facility will be closed from June 27, 2008 until July 14, 2008 for building and equipment maintenance. We are also closed from December 24, 2008 until January 2, 2009 for inventory and end of year shutdown. Miscellaneous Notes
