Merchandise is shipped via the US Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation (where available). USPS Priority Mail delivery time is generally 2 to 3 days for most locations. Other expedited shipping methods are available at an additional charge. We can only confirm a ship date for your order and cannot guarantee a delivery date

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the products that you have selected from our on-line store, you may contact us for a return goods authorization. All returns must be pre-authorized, and we must be notified of the return within 10 days from your receipt of the merchandise. Merchandise that is returned unused and in good condition will be credited following receipt and inspection. Please make sure that any items returned are properly packaged to prevent damage in transit and are sent via a traceable ship method. Shipping charges will not be credited. Sorry, any items with customized engraving are not returnable for credit.
